Are you new to your coaching position?
Are you a veteran in the coaching arena?
Have you and your team been waiting for the opportunity to share all of the great things you have experienced in the position with others?
Are you new to your district or building and you have no “team”?
If you answered “yes” to any of those questions, then the West Georgia RESA Instructional/Academic Coaches Collaborative series is for you! This coaching collaborative aims to create a “culture of support” among the instructional coaches in all 7 districts served in this region. Each coaches’ experience is different, but one collective group can go farther than the trail of one. The goal for this year is to work together to assist all students in achieving academic success.
