This self-paced, introductory course consists of six modules and provides practical considerations regarding an MDR.
Learning Targets:
- The learner will be able to explain why we conduct an MDR and when to hold a meeting.
- The learner will be able to identify who is entitled to an MDR.
- The learner will be able to describe what happens during an MDR and the criteria for decision-making.
- The learner will be able to determine suitable disciplinary actions given the outcome of the MDR process.
Participants will need a laptop and internet access for this session.
