The West Central GLRS Transition Alliance is a diverse group of school, community and family stakeholders who are committed to improving postsecondary, employment and daily living outcomes for students and young adults with disabilities. This group will focus on leveraging community/state/federal resources to bring awareness and establish mutually beneficial partnerships. We will identify common barriers, develop action plans, solve problems, and encourage interagency collaboration to create community training, employment opportunities and post secondary learning options for students and young adults with disabilities.
