Course Description More Details
Join this collaborative community to discuss topics and issues that influence practicing School Psychologists. Using the Multi-tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) and IDEA requirements as a framework, we will share resources and facilitate discussions related to best practices in the field of School Psychology.
Tentative topics include:
- The current roles and responsibilities of school psychologists
- NASP updates and a review of current topics in the field of school psychology
- Federal and state updates related to Special Education
- Culturally responsive classrooms
- Review of interventions and other resources being used in the virtual setting
Meeting time: 11:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
